I've spent more than two decades working with sales, business development and commercial leadership. From retail operations and manufacturing to food businesses and Nordic market expansion, I've seen how different companies work — and where they sometimes get stuck.
I enjoy getting to know a business properly: its people, customers, products and the decisions behind its results. Then finding out what needs to change, and helping make that change happen.
